Ingredients
- 6 cups uncooked oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup broken walnuts
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup uncooked sesame seeds
- 1 cup safflower oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 large cookie sheets, measuring cup, small saucepan and a large mixing bowl.
- Preheat oven to 325°
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, walnuts, pecans, half of the coconut, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds
- In a small saucepan, heat the oil and honey until blended
- Pour the oil/honey blend over the dry ingredients that you have mixed already
- Spread half of the mixture onto a large cookie sheets. Even out your batch so the mixture cooks evenly
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Looking for a rich medium golden color
- Spread out on a second cookie sheet to cool. When cooled add the raisins, dried cranberries and the rest of the coco

Want more flavors add in some dates, dried apricots etc.. Just remember to add these in after mixture cools
